Disputes between attorney and client

We are happy and rather proud that neither our legal firm nor any member of our team has ever been involved in a dispute with the client. We would like to continue this tradition.

Should any of our future clients be in a disagreement or feel dissatisfied, we will truly appreciate if they inform us about the matter and we will try to do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible and to their satisfaction.

It is our duty as attorneys to inform you that if we are unable to arrive at a consensus with a client (customer) and find a solution despite all our efforts and goodwill, out-of-court settlement of disputes between attorneys and clients (customers) arising from contracts on the provision of legal services falls within the competence of the Czech Bar Association under appointment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic (pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection Act, as amended) as of 5 February 2016.
